Child Safety Standards

This page describes the publicly accessible child safety standards for the Neighbourly app, published by Neighbourly on Google Play under package com.neighbourlybox.app. These standards apply to all user activity on Neighbourly, including profile content, item listings, images, attachments, messages, and shared links.

Zero tolerance: Neighbourly strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, child trafficking, and any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users may not use Neighbourly to create, upload, post, store, request, promote, distribute, or facilitate any of the following:

Reporting and Review

If you encounter content or behavior on Neighbourly that may involve CSAE or CSAM, report it immediately to our child safety contact at neighbourly.app.ro@gmail.com.

Please include any details that can help us identify the content or account involved, such as usernames, screenshots, message excerpts, listing titles, or links.

If a child may be in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement or emergency services immediately.

When Neighbourly obtains actual knowledge of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we may take action without prior notice, including:
